Following the successful delivery of our first project with Vistry Partnerships at Orton Copse, we were delighted to be awarded a second scheme at Rhine Avenue. This development comprises 12 open market units, including two-bedroom bungalows as well as three-bedroom and five-bedroom family homes. The variety of property sizes and specifications required a flexible and well-coordinated approach, ensuring each installation was suited to the individual layout and requirements of the homes.

The project features traditional build methods, with the five-bedroom houses designed to include system boilers paired with unvented hot water cylinders to meet the higher hot water demands of larger families. By tailoring our installations to the scale of each property, we were able to provide solutions that combine efficiency, comfort, and long-term reliability.
