This project marked our first collaboration with a new developer, delivering full plumbing and heating services across a large-scale scheme of 109 homes. The development comprises a varied mix of tenure and property types, including 34 open market units, 29 affordable rent units, and 46 shared ownership properties. Such diversity required a highly coordinated approach to ensure every home received installations suited to its specific design and end-user requirements.

The properties range from two-bedroom bungalows and one- and two-bedroom apartments to two-, three-, and four-bedroom family houses, built using a combination of traditional methods and modern timber frame construction. This mix of build types and sizes brought additional complexity to the project, demanding flexibility from our engineers and close collaboration with site managers to maintain consistent quality across the development.
