For our long-standing client, Persimmon East Midlands, we were engaged to complete the final 68 units of a major development. This stage of the project included a mix of two-, three-, and four-bedroom homes, comprising primarily open market units alongside eight affordable homes. The scheme reflects our strong and ongoing partnership with Persimmon, with this being our fourth project together in the East Midlands region.

Our role was to deliver full plumbing and heating services across all remaining plots, ensuring a consistent finish that aligned with the high standards expected by both Persimmon and future homeowners. The combination of property sizes and tenures required a careful approach, with our team adapting installations to suit each type of home while maintaining efficiency across the wider site.
